How we work
Our editorial process
Primary sources Named authors Reviewed quarterly No invented stats
Tax and compliance content has real consequences when it is wrong. Every guide on einvoicedirect.ae follows the same process before it is published and after it goes live.
Research and sourcing
- Every legal or regulatory claim is checked against the primary source: the Federal Decree-Law, Cabinet Decision, Ministerial Decision, or official guidance from the UAE Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Authority.
- We link to official sources (mof.gov.ae, tax.gov.ae, peppol.org) so you can verify the rules yourself.
- Figures such as deadlines, thresholds, and penalty amounts are quoted with the decision that sets them.
Authorship
Every guide carries a named author with a byline and an author page. Each topic cluster is owned by one author who keeps it current. None of our authors are tax advisors, and the scope of each byline is stated on the author page.
- Ahmed Qureshi, Founder, Massive FZCO : E-Invoicing UAE, Accounting Software & ERP Integrations UAE
- Osama Khan, Client Operations, Massive FZCO : UAE VAT, FTA Compliance UAE, Bookkeeping & Accounting Services UAE
- Daniel Carter, Senior Tax and Compliance Writer : UAE Corporate Tax, Auditing in the UAE, UAE Free Zones: Tax, Compliance & E-Invoicing
Review and updates
- Every article shows its last-updated date, and tax and audit content is reviewed at least quarterly.
- When the FTA or Ministry of Finance changes a rule, affected articles are updated and the change is reflected in the visible date.
What we will not do
- No invented statistics, testimonials, or customer logos.
- No accreditation claims: EInvoice Direct is not an accredited service provider. The software includes an accredited ASP at no extra charge, and our content says exactly that.
- No disguised advertising inside educational content. Product mentions sit in clearly separate call-to-action blocks.
